These terms describe Astrify Systems' monthly plans and how we get started. Your agreed scope confirms the configuration, services, responsibilities, and additional charges for your business.

Plans and setup

Growth costs $297 USD/month. Growth + AI costs $497 USD/month. Both plans have no setup fee and cover one brand and one location within the agreed scope.

Setup includes configuration, testing, and team training. Custom development, complex migrations, additional locations, and other work outside the plan are scoped and quoted separately.

Your 14-day free trial

The trial begins when your configured workspace is ready to use. No payment card is required. We confirm your trial dates and setup details with you. Moving to a paid plan requires your choice to continue.

Included features and limits

The published plan comparison explains the included features and allowances.

Both plans include 12 adapted static posts per month in total across up to three eligible profiles, one monthly approval batch, and one consolidated revision round.

Growth + AI includes 100 AI voice minutes and 1,000 AI replies per month. A reply is one response, not an entire conversation.

Additional charges

Email and SMS sending, phone services, provider fees, and approved overages are additional. Growth review-AI processing is usage-billed; Growth + AI includes that processing subject to its agreed fair-use terms.

WhatsApp automation is included with Growth + AI and optional at $20/month with Growth. Provider and messaging charges may apply separately.

We confirm applicable usage rates, allowances, and additional charges before activation.

Your team and AI

Your team provides authorised access, approved business information, consent records, and timely feedback. AI follows agreed content, routing, and handoff rules. Your team remains responsible for personal conversations, exceptions, professional advice, and business decisions.

Specific numbers of leads, appointments, reviews, or sales are not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. We confirm the cancellation and any access or handover arrangements with you.
